Gun Safe brahs! What do you recommend?

I'm looking for a medium sized safe that is not a piece of sh!t. I just checked out a Cannon and Sports Afield and was stunned how sh!tty they were built.

I don't need anything crazy, but I also don't want to waste my money on crap. Also all i can find are safes with electronic keypads, and see a lot of reviews on the internet of the potential for them to fail. Do they make safes with mechanical dials anymore?

Larger safes have dials. Smaller safes are generally keypad and key. Vaultec and Liberty are two great safes. What size you need?

I own a Gunvault with quick key pad for my bedside that works well and a Century safe by Liberty for my long guns.

Love my Liberty. It is thick, solid, and tight. Their line has safes of all sizes so you can fit your needs easily. Replace the battery in the keypad every time you do the same with your smoke alarms and you'll be fine. You can get a dial if you really want though.

The entire gun industry is upside down right now. You can't even find a gun to buy right now much less ammo for it. Highest demand on record. I'd find one of their warehouses locally if you can. It's worth it to go in and see all of the safes and features available. You might pick one that's currently in stock.

I bought a fire rated American Security safe from Deans Safe.com earlier last year. It's great, but expensive, it's cheaper if you get the one that's not fire rated though.

Friend of mine had a 32 gun safe in his factory office. Some thieves broke in and used his angle grinders to cut it open. They took the guns out and left them on the table. They took several coffee cans full of change.

i just have a monster vault under my bed. i could break into it in about 20 seconds if needed

I have a Liberty. It has survived an attempted break-in. They tried to pry the door open, can't do it. Great safe and worth every penny.
