the official explanation for sleep paralysis makes zero sense. During a lucid dream you're able to do ANYTHING as long as you believe it, where as during sleep paralysis the environment is always demonic and grim and you can't make it better by simply thinking.

People dismiss astral projection as simply being a lucid dream, yet throw this idea out the window when it comes to sleep paralysis (because it makes no sense)

Havent I heard many stories of people suffering with sleep paralysis calling on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and it stopping immediately? Weird coincidence.

i've physically forced myself out of every sleep paralysis situation. I scream and wake up every time.

however, i have seen 2 demons irl.

one was when i was about 8. i was out in the country with my family visiting a family friend. the cabin i was in didn't have a washroom, so i went to use a toilet in the portable. however the portable had the light on inside. so i thought someone was in there. so i waited outside for a few minutes. then i knocked on the door.

the door creaked open, i looked inside the crack and staring right back at me was an inhumanly long face. black eyes. but the face is so long, the mouth is down at the chest area.

I screamed and everyone came out. nobody was in the portable.


another time was recent, it's still tripping me out.

No coincidence there. Name above all namesAccording to the scientific explanation you shouldn't have to scream, you should be able to control the entire situation with your mind since you're technically asleep.

i would totally do lucid dreaming, but im scared of sleep paralysis. like my own matrix construct
