As a Vietnamese American, I can agree with most points.

I use to work at the Apple store and every time we had an iPhone launch there would be tons of Chinese foreigners who didn’t speak English line up and rudely ask for the iPhone and get pissed when we didn’t. They were there solely to export that chit to China.

When I travel To national parks they’re always being loud and inconsiderate. ESP if there’s animals, they’ll get all up in their spaces.


For those that don’t know. China has literally been overfishing the ocean for years too and violating international fishing laws but no one says anything to them.

Thing is Taiwanese are technically Chinese and seem like some of the nicest people in the world. So government or education system does have an impact on people's manners and civility.

Majority of their nation descends from post-WW2 RoC military who lost the Civil War. I spent 6 months of my life there and it was a very clean and efficient society. Very good street food. Too bad the girls are very plain Jane and arguably xenophobic. Majority of my Tinder meetups in Taiwan were from foreign women. When in most other Asian countries it would be 99% local girls meeting me.

Local Mercedes dealers here aren't allowed to sell the big Mercedes SUV to anyone that looks Chinese at all, because the rich Chinese will buy them and export them back to the motherland.

They get a lot of complaints about being racists from Asian-Americans, but I guess they would be in even more trouble if they sold them to them.
