Best lenders for refinance? (Reps)

Starting the process of refinancing to take advantage of the low interest rates out there currently. Do you guys have any lenders that you recommend for refinancing or have any tips for someone doing it their first time?

Reps for legit help

Don't use Quicken.

Also any lender you get a quote from, make sure they send you a complete breakdown of the rates and estimated fees. A lot of the online lenders will quote you a low rate like 2% but it's actually 4.5% with a bunch of points you have to buy which makes your payment higher.

Mr Cooper is good. I know the name sounds strange but it's a real mortgage lender and doesn't ask 8 million questions like brokers that advertise on TV do. They don't sell your mortgage once it's refinanced like the small brokers do. The last part is key. Find one that doesn't sell it the day after refi.

Thank you guys for the feedback. I'll look into all these and make sure to keep the tips in mind when I get quotes.

Started the application process with Rocket but stopped halfway through to do more research. My current lender couldn't really offer a better deal than I have
