would you rather kill both your parents by strangulation or kill your pregnant wife with a baseball bat?

It hasn't evolved. If anything, it's become worse and has gone backwards. If the posts are serious, I feel bad for the dudes in a lot of the threads here.

Consistent work over a long period of time, not get hurt, take care of my body outside the gym.

I've used several routines over the years. As long as you're following a plan of some sort, you should be okay. When thing stall or get stale, reassess and adjust as necessary.

Started lifting in February 2009.

Mirin'. Should I bulk to 260?

I pulled 635 today on an Ohio Power Bar, heaviest since hernia surgery. I think a new PR in the deadlift should finally be possible.

Just stay still, pull dads finger out of my mouth first, take finger out of moms mouth next. Don’t see the need to move.

Did you need the surgery or just did it to get back to being strongest you can be/ignore the pain.

I can’t squat, ohp, etc... anymore cuz of a disc I squeezed all the jelly and herniated like 5 years ago. But I can function 90-95% and the pain is relatively minor. I just don’t feel like I’m broken enough to go through surgery that replaces the disc opening up my stomach etc... just sounds so extreme.

But do you feel 100% again?
