How can this man workout so much and look like he doesn’t lift?

I figure he would at least look a little but muscular...

He doesn’t eat? I’ve done 10 push ups a day and gotten better results
-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.

-I'd rather live life saying "I failed" than "I could have"

Volume and metabolic fatigue are not sufficient stressors to induce hypertrophy for natties. What he's doing is comparable to curling pink dumbbells for 50 sets. Where's the mechanical tension @???

They can be if you have good genetics though, but I get your point

Some guys can really get jacked and aesthetic natty by only doing: Push ups, dips, pullups and body weights squats, not even with weight added

This dude in the video obviously does not have said genetics and would need more intensity to add muscles

You need to have pretty good genetics to get big with what he’s doing (circuit style calisthenics). He clearly doesn’t have the genetics to pull this off, and doesn’t eat enough either - evident by his bodyweight.

Here’s an example of a guy who can get away with this style of training:

^Pretty jacked, clearly has good genetics. May or may not be natty.

Most people are going to need to squat, deadlift, bench, OHP, row and pull-up if they want to get big.

*Faps after workout crew*
*No fap crew*

From what I know about calisthenics brahs (not much), they usually end up adding in harder variations as a means of overload - eg sternum pullups, 1 arm variants, elevated feet pushups etc.

Bad routine or the same reason why I have a friend that looks like he lifts more than me but doesn't go to the gym - genetics.
