Lol Blockbuster the most idiotic company ever that could of dominated the streaming market if they didn’t have a bunch of retards running the business. This is what happens you stay stale and don’t innovate with times

Yea miss that experience. Almost feel overwhelmed by choice now and the movie selection process is no longer an event or an outing.

watched and immediately regretted doing so.

It was 90 minutes of the weirdest fukking people talking about how they love running errands, standing in lines, getting cucked by late fees, and smelling plastic boxes.

I'm convinced that movie was just Netflix pissing on the grave of Blockbuster while laughing hysterically.

Bend, OR isn’t a small town really. They kept saying that and it’s like fuk off, it’s a top 5 population center in that state.

The documentary had a very hipster feel to it. It felt like the same people that still listen to vinyl records.

Going to video stores was kinda fun, but what sucked is that they almost never had new releases in stock.

I was an assistant manager at a hollywood video. Such a fun job tbh. Imagine being a 19 year old in "management" lol.

The most stressful nights were Friday and Saturday, because it was NON STOP from 3pm until 10pm. Not to mention every ******* under the sun is coming straight up to you, bypassing the lines, and saying "X movie isn't out there, can you see if anyone returned it?" yeah azzhole, somebody returned a premier movie on a Friday night lol.

Honorable mention, THE WALL: When new releases came out, we would have to downsize multiple titles, shift everything around, and make room for the new release(s). It was like a puzzle, and was just very very tedious. Then prep those downsized items for resale.

Picked up several sloots while wearing this chit lol

"It won't get better, just different."
