Anyone else get fkd up by the seasonal change?
Been overeating, oversleeping, and waking randomly at night like I'm fully awake. Even covered in sweat. I don't know the mechanics behind it but it's doubtless because we are in some deep way connected with the Earth and planets around us. No broscience, just search up Circadian Rhythm to see how wired we are to the sun.
SAD!
Seasonal affective disorder (SAD)is a mood disorder subset in which people who have normal mental health throughout most of the year exhibit depressive symptoms at the same time each year, most commonly in winter.[1][2] Common symptoms include sleeping too much and having little to no energy, and overeating.[3] The condition in the summer can include heightened anxiety.

I wouldn't say I experience this in the extreme, but I definitely notice a difference when winter comes around. I wonder what suicide rates are up north where it's miserable all year?
