Lol @ Simps Who Can't Diet to Get Abs SRS.... Chite's Beyond Easy and Take~1-3 Months

SRS

Brb:

• Cut all meals in half, don't deprive yourself of anything and use water as your primary drink at all times.

• After the sun goes down, only eat a can of tuna for food (if your actually hungry) and eat a massive bowl of greens to "fill up" (you can do this throughout the day) so you legit never feel hungry.

• Black coffee, water, and protein power for your drinks only so you don't sneak any calories in with sugary drinks.

• Lift heavy throughout to mitigate atrophy from caloric deficit... no cardio even needed.

1 month of this and I have visible abs at 220lbs... chites so easy. Its hilarious people actually struggle to diet. My diet strategy is so hilariously dumb and simple, yet I get abs in a month even if I'm 25%+ in bodyfat. SRS

No starving. Legit cut all meals in half and fill up on greens whenever hungry. That coupled with drinking lots of water and I'm usually full all the time SRS

As for getting lean, its about shredding the extra weight from bulking and eating like chite during winter SRS

No recipe needed. My buddy just starves himself like an idiot for a few weeks before his cruise until he is lean but also skinny, then hopes on technology and gains all the lost muscle back and then some + looks juicy.

No ****e he looks like a fitness competitor in crazy good shape... no-one knows he just crash diets irresponsibly then hopes on tech. Its hilarious lol

Sounds miserable to eat tuna and greens at night. Easy but not tasty.

Instead of Tuna at night I generally just get a cup of greek yogurt. That tends to knock off the hunger and only 110-130 calories. Compared to when I'm in bloat mode and wake up and eat a whole container of almond butter.

Not really

Pop the top of and scarf it down, buy the meaty kind not the liquid trash tuna

It's like 110 calories/29 grams of protein

Be full all night

I’d love to believe it’s this simple but it’s not, if you cut all meals in half you’re gonna end up losing mass in all areas of your body and then you’re just gonna be a skinny kunt surely?

This whole "get abs" business is beyond arbitrary. My abs are visible in good lighting in my mid teens of bf%. Honestly, your average person used to call me extremely 'ripped' when I was a fat bastard 20%bf bloatlord. People don't know wtf they're talking about.

But yes, from a former fat whiteboy genetic'd fuk, it's not hard. Literally reduce your caloric consumption, eat high quality whole foods, lift heavy 3x a week, go for a few hikes. There really is no excuse to 'not be able to get abs.' Schit is beyond simple.

Now, whether you personally want to cut down that low depends on you entirely. There's also nothing wrong with feeling more comfortable with your blurry 4 pack.

In the end - lift for yourself. Do what makes you happy. Fuk everyone else.

Also, you don't need to eat tuna at night really. I have my largest meal at 8pm right before bed. That meal usually consists of at least half my carb intake for the day. It makes no difference.

People usually think there 10% lower than they actually are.
Take a typical bloatlord who thinks he is 15% bf is more closer to 25-30%. Its that mindset which ruins them.

It's not about the lack of knowledge for most people. It's about willpower. If you have a strong enough mind, you can get down to visible abs level with any strategy whether it's eating only lean chicken + greens or actually counting your calories to the gram and having cheesecake every single day. It's very rarely the know-how that cancels a cut, it's being lazy, unmotivated, drive-lacking glutton.

eh idk. i remember that stuff literally didnt work for me. (well not exact but you get it) i had to go above and beyond to get abs and it IS because of my absolute **** lifestyle for so many years. so no, i dont think that would work for the majority of people considering how much of a degenrate lifestyle most people live.

Strong this. That's why it'll take months for someone to actually look decent. They fail to realize how much fat they're actually holding. It's super hard to lose 30-40 pounds of lard, in just a few months. Especially when you have a social life and have strong cravings.

Easier said then done. Once you smell someone else cooking or see visuals of junk food on advertisements it’s a matter of discipline from there.

I agree in that people overcomplicate weight loss.

It’s a just math. You burn X calories per day/week. Eat in a deficit to lose weight, the greater the deficit the quicker you will lose it.

No need to fuk around with 11 micro meals a day all that chit is retard cope. Eating in a deficit for a long period of months requires discipline which clearly 70%+ (obese americans) don’t have.
Posts are for fun, not to be taken seriously or as truth.
