Don't lock your head in that position. Allow it to come up as your body rises.
But the weight is probably a bit light to get a good sense of your form.
Also, do away with the straps until you absolutely need them. You definitely don't need them for ~200 lbs.

Don’t lock your neck in. Hold your head in a natural position. Form is fine, throw some real weight on there. You’re capable.

Tbh your form looks very awkward. Idk how to describe it well. I’d say like 4/10.
Edit: probably just need to be more natural with your neck. And stop resetting your position with each rep. Stay in the starting position unless you absolutely feel you need to fix something.

Could be wrong but I feel like you are extending your legs too quickly which is stealing glute gains and putting more emphasis on quads rather than hip hinging. Looks kinda like a hex bar deadlift/squat.
Maybe I'm just a retard, someone else chime in

As for technique, it's not bad, but as others have said, no need to fully reset before every rep. I do something similar myself, but it's all one fluid motion that includes pulling the slack out of the bar, and I'm pulling significantly over 200#. So ditch the straps and add some weight. You are strong enough to pull way more than that.
