Misc, rate my glow up

Probably like 8. Sorry for **** quality, cut out my family from the pic


Basically me from 13-I think the pic was when I was 20/1


Ran and didn’t lift at all and basically flirted with eating disorder mode/over exercise for mode. 22/3-late 20’s


Didn’t really watch Cals/flirted with a bulk off and on, still focused mainly on cardio, but lifted relatively consistently. Late 20’s-30/1.


32. Avi is from like last month, this is from like last week




Was FA, but I did get some chicks when I was fat in college because I’m funny. Definitely so much easier now though. So much easier.

So many people get into lifting because they were overweight. I got into it because I was always a skinny little kid growing up.
Thanks. I kinda got to live both. Was fat. Ran myself to death to lose weight. Got super skinny and unhealthy. Decided to start lifting and focusing on diet. I still have the old apprehensions from being a fat kid. In the back of my mind I’ll always be that kid so I probably don’t have the healthiest mindset when it comes to food. I’m healthy with it, but it’s all or nothing. I can’t really moderate sweets so I just really don’t eat them.
