men can get stronger until what age on average?

im gonna say mid 40 juiced and probably a good bit younger natty.

natty for sure way harder to keep getting stronger because your t levels are dropping and you cant recover, juiced i still cant see someone being stronger in their 50s than they were in their 40s, too much strain on joints

On these forums I learned of a guy who didn’t start lifting until his 50s, and actually built muscle.

If I knew what I knew now I could’ve gotten my strongest at 20, maybe gotten a bit more through 20s, 30s is just maintaining and maybe getting a small pr when everything comes together and injuries heal, then downhill.
Lifts:
Squat: 460x1
Bench: 400x1
Deadlift: 575x1
OHP: 250x2
Weight: 180 lbs.

Similar, I had tears in my eyes from shoulder injury when hitting bench and ohp prs in sig. I pseudo chase upper body stuff now but roll way back if I feel any pain. Lower body is just maintenance and flexibility at this point. I don’t even do high reps, just like 80% max for a few reps for a handful of sets.
