They're pretty hard. I was doing over 100lbs weighted pullups for reps and I could never come close to doing a 1 arm pullup.

i do 3x12 (36) pull-ups every day. i used to do 100. i've tried the one arm pull-up after seeing Kinobody Greg do it and making it look easy. it was impossible for me and i almost ripped my arm off attempting it. i guess you need to train for it. i will probably not attempt again. extremely difficult.

Its a fantastic feat and I dont think I will try that clean one since my goal isnt to be a calisthenics junkie even though I incorporate calisthenics training with my weight my goal isnt to do these crazy stunts. I like to build a nice big frame (not too big tho) who knows what will happen later in my life maybe I'll do calisthenics only and try to do it who knows

“Steroids is now just a word that the lazy and ignorant use to describe any guy that has more muscle and dedication than them”– Mike O'Hearn

"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

Assisted and non-assisted are two completely different things.

While I still want to encourage you to keep doing it, calling others haters, who got curious because of the title of your thread and just read it, is uncalled for.

IMO, just explaining that your intention was not to mislead them would have been enough.

That said, I wish you good luck.
