Dad might have just broke his hip
Tripped over his fkin feet and went down hard. 69 yrs old.
If he puts weight on it it clunks around and hurts like hell. he can walk, but sounds broke to me. See what the Xray says I guess.
All the years of motorcycles, crazy fast snowmobiles, boats, and other dumb chit and you fall in the fkin yard...lol
Thats life dad.

Some reason this struck me as a cheifillini thread. Pleasantly surprised by intelligible sentence structure.
Sorry to hear though. Incoming 6-million-dollar-man dad jokes.

Fuark that sucks, speedy recovery to him brah.
It is lulzy though how it's always the silly things that hurt the knuckleheads. Someone I know, who did all kinds of reckless chit in their youth and 20s, got their tendon hurt real bad at 33 from hanging their chainsaw on the right hip too long lol.

Calcium alone though isn't enough, because it needs vitamin K2 and vitamin D to get to the bones so it doesn't clog arteries or cause kidney stones. Strontium citrate is basically an extra powerful form of calcium with pharmaceutical strength. The effects of strontium on bones is massive, studies show 40% reduction in fracture rate after taking it.

Try not to think about it when you're walking on ice, that pressure of staying on your feet will make you fall
