Seems like the UK and Canada are leading the way in the next lockdown wave. The rest of the developed world outside of the US seem to be protesting lockdowns like you'd think Americans would.

Hahaha. Yeah it worries me a little bit but i record every now and again. But you can see it's the calves/hammies that just dont want to let my knees go forward.

But...i do notice a huge difference in how my legs and core feel lately.

I finally got a sissy squat stand/rack/thingymajig and it's a great exercise.

my 12 yr old son has a heel/Achilles injury that keeps reoccurring
Took him to a rehab doc, they tested his calf flexibility by having him lift his toes and see how far back they can go
Little to no mobility/flexibility there , doc said he should have another 15-20 degrees
Maybe why he’s fast

My 15 yr old daughter got hired on by the local water park!
Got a limited retail,position too

Its a regional thing in Canada, healthcare and policing are all Provincial nothing to do with the Feds.

We have a lot of protests over here, no state of emergency or stay at home. We've been eating in restaurants since January.

There is a church down the road from me thats been holding full services way over capacity, the health dept came in and put a fence around it for violating the capacity bylaws. I'm waiting for the mob to show up and tear it down this weekend.

Confirmed cases are going up faster than before Christmas in some spots, lots of the new variants.

We have way lower immunity numbers than the US. We kept a lid on cases and are slow on vaccines, which means we have less than 10% of people with immunity where you have some states headed for 70%
