I only wear them in public places because it's still required here. When I'm out walking at night I don't wear one, but most people I see or pass are wearing them.

Pretty serious, most people wear them outside when walking on the street.

Even on the news they were discussing about the possibility of a mandatory outdoors mask mandate. Some doctor even recommended people wear a mask in the woods if there is a lot of people on the trail.

White people where I live are not srs at all about it. Don't see them much in one unless the establishment requires it. Black people are deathly srs about wearing a mask at all times. Everyday I see them driving alone in masks. I have no earthly idea why this is divided along racial lines but it absolutely is where I live. There are exceptions but I'd say it holds true 95% of the time

Black people are frequently clean freaks.

They are super clean and picky eaters.

I find that surprising considering they are the most skeptical race towards the vaccines, according to WSJ data.

I find the behaviours of people kinda interesting, yet funny at the same time.

I'd literally be jogging past them the other way on the sidewalk and I've had 2-3 people step in a foot of snow off to the side just to avoid the split second where we'd be maybe within 3 ft of contact at best. The few people who weren't wearing masks when I'm passing them buy just put on their masks, or just taking some weird unnecessary alternate route like over a hill or through some trees.

I think at this point it's basically become subconscious, people aren't even aware of their own behaviours or perhaps see it as normal.

I wear my mask when I'm at work and in the gym, but it's like gotten to the point where I don't even realize I'm wearing it anymore. I'll leave work, get in the car, and drive halfway home before realizing my mask is still on.

I personally don't care anymore, but people at work are pretty sensitive about it so I'd rather avoid their complaints.

It's a good sign of who and what type of people are cowards.

There's two types of cowards:

1. Informed cowards, like they know there's real danger and they need to do something positive in the face of it, so they run away.

2. Irrational cowards, they run away from things they don't understand and take no steps to.

We have a lot of Number 2 in the US.

It's a good wakeup call for those of us who are not cowards so that we can see who we are surrounded by.

In same vein, I used to hate tattoos. Now, I think they're a great warning label and so thanks for getting them!

Oh, you have a neck tat of Optimus Prime, okay, thanks for telling me about yourself!

East tn here, outside of bigger cities you're getting looked at like you're on that ****gy time if you're wearing a mask. In bigger cities I'd say maybe 25% of ppl wear masks outside of stores and 75% inside stores. No one followed any stay at home bs unless they had covid or they were the few libs cucking up the place.

Some are completely anal about it. So. I am at the gym, late, no-one at the squat rack, no-one on cardio. Yeah, I'm alone. Finally, I can exercise with no mask. So I go to the locker room to change and see clothes all over the floor. So I go hey, someone here? And a dude pops his head out from the shower with a ****ing face mask on.

FTFY. There used to be a black family in my neighborhood that was just the mother and children. She was an accountant at a good firm and made good money. Her house and yard were a disaster. Way worse than any of the other single mom families around. Also look at any section 8 housing areas. These are mostly just single black women with kids and they are the junkiest, nastiest places imaginable.

The neighbors I have that are traditional mother, father, kids families that are black have the some of the best yards in the neighborhood. Even one family a couple houses down that just rent. They don't even own the house but keep it tidy as fuk and the yard impecable. Another black dude in my neighborhood waxes his truck at least once a week and I'm pretty sure uses a ruler and scissors to level his grass out. It looks that good

When i made a comment like yours, i was told "they are busy working and raising kids."
Maybe some cheap gardeners/handy men would help.

I know the woman I mentioned earlier could afford it she just didn't give a fuk. I'm not a neat freak or anything but I'll be damned if my house doesn't look at least presentable.

To be honest, you are right!

Black guys are extremely cleaning oriented.

That's where the "fist bump" comes from because they think shaking hands is dirty.

Meanwhile, abandoning kids and stuff is morally dirty, but it doesn't bother them much.

Alfred Adler said that criminals frequently are very clean due to thinking it "washes" away their selfish behavior.

I live in the dirty dirty south. Even on the door of a place that says to wear a mask, less than half of the customers are wearing one inside. No one says anything about it. I still wear a mask in Publix of peace though

Probably 80-90% of people masked up in the stores around Utah. I have no problem wearing masks in stores/airplanes/etc. and chit for the next decade. Outdoors you'll never catch me with a mask on.

Since masks were made mandatory in stores etc, I’ve legit seen maybe two people not wearing them where they should be. I have no problem with it when indoors

Wearing them outside, naw. But I have seen a few people wearing them outdoors in more crowded places, like the dog park
