Broke Squat PR 220 pounds
Even though Im doing 5 by 5 unfortunately I couldnt do more than 3
I did 3 reps of my new personal best 220 pounds

Surprisingly nice rep. When I saw you awkwardly waddle out of the rack, I was awaiting one truly ugly rep, but you didn't go all egolift and actually lifted this with pretty good form.
You probably could have gone 20lbs or so heavier and have gotten that up somehow still.
