Recommend me a good ready to drink protein. Will rep for good ones.

I’m currently getting myoplex but that chit is getting harder and harder to find. No local stores have it and it’s even gone off Amazon now. Walmart.com is always out of stock. Nothing crappy like bodyfortress, I just need a fairly clean one that’s not full of who knows what.

Thx in advance

Just keep slurping your boyfriend's semen.

They will be likely cheaper once they hit the shelves of discount supplement stores. But yeah, not cheap, but their quality is much higher than most.

Broscience was right all along. Meal timing does matter, multiple small meals is good, it does not fit your macros.
Sounds good but cheese wouldn’t last long in my backpack with no cooling.

there's those Core Power things in 26g or 42g amounts
Lifts:
Squat: 460x1
Bench: 400x1
Deadlift: 575x1
OHP: 250x2
Weight: 180 lbs.

Don't have heroes; look up to no one. Because as long as someone's leading the way, the best you'll ever be is second.

Didn't they prove that much of the proteins bioavailability is destroyed during the pasteurization process in these drinks?

They are literally protein powder, diet pudding mix (flavor, emulsifiers, and stabilizers) with water lol.... SUpps are such a scam SRS

SRS questions, always wanted to know. Will rep is peer-review sourced are included SRS

The pure protein pumpkin flavored one is awesome and I’m not even really a big pumpkin fan. That one is good enough to drink as just a beverage not even as a protein shake IMO

Edit I might have the brand wrong that might be made by someone else but I recommend checking out pumpkin flavored drinks.

I'd go for something real.

I used to drink the Pure Protein ones. The doc told me to stop because the calcium gave me high blood levels.

Picked up a case of chocolate at Costco today, actually tastes pretty good. This might be the new crack filler if myoplex doesn’t get their chit together.

Repped.
