Nah I haven't claimed any, don't really want to CRA rooting around in my finances until I find out 100% that TFSA gains are tax free (which I'm 99.9% sure on but not 100%).

Im going 10-15k above asking price, as is, sight unseen for homes around Charlotte north carolina and im losing bids.

The house market is just as nuts.
I used to have an AVI of my traps and neck. I changed it a while back and tried editing my user title but this website is glitched and it will not let me change it anymore.

I had a lowly job offer in Denver for my teaching career with a free masters.


But i turned it down because I didnt want to be a rentcel again. Didn't want to go from one big city with bad housing to another.

At least the homes In charlotte are cheap and pretty.

I'm thinking of playing lottery with RECAF, already pumped some in but need to see what I'm willing to lose. If they find 120 billion barrels under that Namibian desert, it's going to be a millionaire maker. Conservative estimates 10-50x, mid estimates 500x, top estimates 1000-2500x. A 5+ year play though but jumping in with a couple of gees you're willing to lose aint nuttin but a g thang.

Incredibly happy I bought my house last summer srs. I actually rent a room to my friend who is looking at buying a house for himself right now and it looks brutal. Kansas City is normally a pretty affordable housing market, but its looking nearly impossible for him to find any house under $200k (that isn't a chithole or in the hood), everything gets 10-30 offers and is gone in one day lol

How do we feel about that for an entry point? Has fallen from a high of about $120 despite crushing earnings, being attacked by shorts? 15% float..... the business model seems fantastic long term

Speaking of watch lists. Have had SPOT on mine for a few days. I've had premium for....years...and know tons of people who do. Cramer plugged it earlier in the week and reminded me of it. Seems like a lot of people think post pandemic they will lose a lot of subs. Which....knowing how it works...i call BS. It's super easy, and a really good service. You rarely hear of people canceling it or Pandora.

It broke out of a resistance downtrend line since the $45 high a few days ago. So this morning I bought the May 21st $34c at $0.30.

yeah it did but it found new resistance at $24.50 and has since started another downtrend.

im tempted to get in if it breaks out of this run

SE and ROKU bringing my portfolio back from the dead. Not too far off from erasing my losses now.

Still down big on CURI, IPOE, and especially fukin SKLZ. Should've sold all of it at 40+ and never looked back.
