while you aren't wrong, this essentially boils down to "be top 1% or less in genetics".

The vast majority of men will never be able to look like that at 40, even if they take care of their skin, hair, and bodyfat. Because bone structure and soft tissue.

Also, just noticed he is a rare example of someone who doesn't look unusual for having a jaw as wide as his cheekbones. Typically you want it a little bit narrower than cheeckbones (about 80% of the width)
