This. It's the easiest exercise to learn brah. Just work up slowly and eventually you'll be doing reps for hundreds.

truth. I do HIIT intervals while wearing my 25lb vest. I would add that its best to order a foam mat of some sort to reduce impact, when I started I jumped on concrete and I would get achilles soreness. I ordered a 4 piece interlocking mat from amazon about 4-5 years ago and its still in tact.

Das it brother. I used to get soreness after a few days straight but much better recently. Best advice as always is to listen to your body.

Bro, I legit thought the same until I started. Once I got into the rhythm of it it just became natural. Still stumble but not nearly as much as I did when I started and stumbling is often attributable to the rope not being wound right.

I was actually about to go buy one for this workout program I’m starting. If I order it online, how long of a rope do I get? I’m a 5’11” midlet.

My girlfriend went home to visit family a few weeks ago and randomly brought a jumprope back for the home gym. Gonna go down to the basement now and test out the rope with the height of my ceiling. Thanks for the inspiration OP.

edit: jumprope fits right below hitting my ceiling. we prez now.
