Oh did you think I was being serious about him being a role model? And not making a joke about highly revered he apparently is here? Barkley was an anti hero, but a good dude. DMX was a certified piece of chit. Imagine if he wasn't famous and was jogging through a construction site with this sort of background. Only comments would've been "joggers gonna job" or "play stupid games"

It's called context. Don't you see the comments? People can remember specific places, times, things they were doing when his music came on. That's the difference and you can't even correlate the two.

I don't get it.

I'm not happy he died, I don't like hearing about anyone dying. I listened to every song in this thread and they all suck, especially his live video. Not one line of substance either. I don't listen to a lot of rap, but Tom macdonald smokes him. No hate, I just don't see the appeal.
