What do you think about this house? Rate/10 (architecture thread)

It's located in the Mexican caribbean, I really like the clean lines and the neutral colors, not a huge fan of those ceiling fans but other than that I think it's very aesthetic. What do you think, would you live there? Such an open house wouldn't work well on a cold climate but on a warm place that's goat, imagine chilling there on a sunday morning with the sea breeze gracing your angus while you sip on a cold beer by the pool.. hnnnggg.

I love open plan living rooms, but after living in one for a while the fact that your kitchen has to be pristine all of the time gets a bit annoying

Looks like a nice house to have on a hillside and enjoy a kickass view, but the lower floor has none. Not a fan of the slender columns with prominent slab ceiling, reminds me too much of lecorbusier.
It's still pretty, should have posted more pics of the upper floor.

I think it's in a residential area hence not so much views to maximize gains, this is the only pic i could find of the upper floor:

Interesting, now that you mention it there IS a similar connection between latin american and chinese contemporary architecture. That wabi-sabi ish look is found on both of them. Also in Indian architecture

Looks pretty clean. Nowadays their making small butler kitchens w/ oven, sink and prep for all the work behind the main kitchen that seats and entertains guests. Kitchen islands 10 feet or more in length and sometimes two of them plus the typical one that runs along the wall.
