Lol brb going to sell my new construction, 3700 sq ft house surrounded by green belt privacy, and a bunch of customizations I made to it, in order to be able to flush egregious amounts of baby wipes without regard for plumbing.

If youโ€™re interested in buying it, make sure to ask your daddy landlord if you can break your lease early, or try and negotiate a sublet, and hopefully get your security deposit back you peasant. I doubt they will be please having to find another rentcel to pay down their mortgage.

Only place I see the occasional homeless person is when they are asking for money at the freeway off ramp. Lol at thinking high property value suburbs are anything like the trash of downtown.

But anyways, this thread is about home ownership vs renting. An endless debate that you may want to have with someone in a worse living situation than me.
