Well it was correct to sell immediately, but once there's blood on the street and /r/ripple long term fanboys are exiting in exasperation, you know it's time to buy.

I was advising buys ~.20 when the desperation and fear was at an ATH.

Bittrex suspended my account saying I was no longer a verified member, filed a ticket about it bc Ive been verified since 2016. They said it was just because the drivers license I used originally is now expired and I have to reverify, ufuknwutm8?! What an unnecessary hoop to make a customer jump through

But they let me deposit funds into the account right before telling me im not verified when trying to buy more RVN lol

Weekend dip still came even with slow weekday and BTC pumping last night. Not to bad this time, I'm pretty confident that next week is gonna pump. Bought some calls betting on it.

Next week should be amazing, hopefully.

So many people are expecting this month to pump hard AF. We will see if the trend continues.

Selling my useless Litecoin and going balls deep into VET. Tired of waiting on LTC to even double since I bought it in December, and whenever there's a dip this chit always crashes harder than others

Need Bloody Sunday to correct the prices first though because **** buying it when it's at all time high after a week-long pump. Come on Bogdanoff, make a call

Hate to introduce any FUD, but on the decrypt podcast today they were talking about Coinbase' valuation, and some market analysts were saying that for it to maintain its existing $100B valuation it'd have to achieve like 25% growth every quarter.
Most everyone was saying its true value is around $19B, and they expect the stock to drop steadily after Wednesday morning.

So that makes me wonder how it'll affect crypto - if COIN tanks, will bitcoin/eth also dip?

The market is much bigger than just $COIN. Their earnings report shows that they are doing things better than some banks and thats what is bullish and legitimizes this sector. I wouldn't worry too much about intraday $COIN fluctuations. Im more bullish about what it can do for the market than the company itself. Compound just hit $10B in total assets locked, Maker coming up on $9B. Coinbase is just a fast fiat onramp for normies. The real opportunity is elsewhere I believe.

I agree that’s why I’m banking on strong week. COIN will likely just follow BTC like every other crypto stock but might dip less during bear runs than the others. I’m not touching it until December if I do. Exodus is also offering public shares now that could be interesting but not available in my state

Coinbase is narratives and mimetic desire and only in small part fundamental value.

In a market where 'soft' money is easily available (low or even 0% interest rates with money printers in full force), you'd be a full to not put narratives in to your fundamental analysis.https://insights.deribit.com/market-...and-imitation/

You just need to look at Tesla and its trillion dollar market cap; people do not see a negative cash flow toxic car maker asset. They instead see the future of humanity - rocketships, mars bases, interstellar travel, AI, robotics and neural network development, satellites, asteroid mining etc.

Coinbase has similar narratives but in the sense of propogating decentralized, open-source, censorship resistant and the future of finance disrupting a potentially quintillion dollar market.

When the feds increase interest rates and vastly decrease the amount of 'soft' money available, hopes and dreams are dashed and the masses need to be more conservative with their spending, that is when investing will return to pure fundamentals. See Arthur Hayes' blogspot on the negative convexity associated with an increase in interest rates:https://cryptohayes.medium.com/pumpi...n-ae8a54a32ea2

My money is that with the fallout from corona, that interest rates will be low for some time. I have big bets on crypto with enormous narratives (BTC, Sushi, Uni, ETH) but will monitor and cycle back into more fundamental based cryptoassets when things change (FTT, Maker, Compound etc)

this thread makes me bullish on coinbase, look at everyone buying the latest centralized sh!itcoin that gets created and then pumping it on forums.

I'm definitely going to throw money at $COIN. I feel like it'll definitely make money before losing money. With this being such a strong year for crypto, I feel it is worth the risk to get in early and see what happens.
