This happens to me whenever I stop smoking greens for more than a few days.

The dreams can either be extremely awesome or extremely horrifying.

I don’t know what’s worse or better. Having an amazing dream and waking up to your sh!tty life knowing it wasn’t real. Or having a terrifying nightmare, but waking up to find out that that wasn’t real and you’re 100% fine.

i havent smoked weed in a decade

but i noticed that too, when i was smoking, me and my brother were both going through a lucid dreaming phase and we figued out that weed would stop us from having dreams, or at least remembering them.

with a girl around its a little bit better, drinking helps. morphine helps. not sleeping helps...

im not making fun since youre trying to help me, but do you honestly believe that?

ive done some mean stuff but only as veangance for things done to me

in fact i had an opportunity, plus motive and a damn good reason, to tell this girl i was talking to recently, how his gf was basically sexting with me. she led me on and then lied to me, i hated her for this and she was super worried that i was going to tell him. i really wanted to but i didnt. I already broke her heart once, maybe she had no intention of ever seeing me again and she was just getting me back for hurting her before (hurting her because she went through my phone and found a message where i told another girl i didnt find her attractive and that i was using her as a rebound)

i dont feel like i deserve bad dreams

It depends on what you're dream contents are about. If you had to make a threat assessment, how would you categorize it?

Are you dreaming about monsters? demons? people trying to chase you, run your down, kill you? are you dreaming about getting trapped in a forest fire with no way out, or flooding in a boat on the ocean?

I'm a vivid dreamer myself, and the way I treated each the above scenarios was case-dependant.

no its not a physical threat.

its a vague feeling of being totally powerless.

being cast out from the tribe. abandonned and rejected. alone. a feeling of missing out on fun that other people are having, being an outcast.

so many of my dreams ae to do with women. i will find one and we will find a room or whatever and we start to get it on then as soon as we get down to business i wake up.

i have dreams where i am fighting too, but those are good dreams because im crazy strong in those dreams. dreams where im flying too which are great, dreams where i find money or old artifacts worth money.

BTW you're not supposed to get vengeance, that just leads to your vibration lowering. Forgive, forget, and don't do that behaviour ever again, and it will no longer happen to you, or you just won't notice it.
cant let go. cant surrender. it never occurs to me in the dream

as far as veangance. veangance for the wrongs done to me, would that not raise my self esteem? i can fake it because i really dont care at this point and no one bugs me so im not worried about a repeat but the universe requires balance

Is this what's happened in your real life? Or is this what you fear could happen in your real life?

Whatever happens in your real life whether it's actually happened or if you're afraid it could happen, has potential to carry over into your dream life, where the emotion from it is exponentiated a hundred times. Dreams are consolidations of actual exposure experiences (movies we watch or what we read or see out on the street in our front yard or driving, etc.) as well as imagined fears that have not happened, but could.

Addressing these on a regular basis in your daily life will carry over into your dream life. So for example, I kept dreaming I was caught in an apocalyptic doomsday world where it was all hell broke loose and everyone was trying to kill me. Desperate for a solution I realized I needed to learn a skill in my real life to hope would carry over into my dream world to help me manage. That's when I learned Kali blade training in my real life with daily practice and next thing I noticed was I was using my blade training to kill the bad guys in my dream life and it worked. The bad guys stopped coming after me, these scenarios got less prominent and less scary and eventually stopped.

Perhaps if you address this dream theme of being without a tribe by pro-actively building a tribe (or a plural of tribes) with purpose in your daily life, this will eventually carry over into your dreams, where you find yourself building tribes in your dream life also. This could make the cause of being w/o a tribe eventually go away.

This is exactly what has happened in my real life.

Its really messed up because my father (who everyone respects and loves, is most like me) of all my brothers im the one he loves the most. Im the first born. My mother had me when he was 39. I was a very well loved and long awaited baby. My grandfather spoiled me rotten and so did my father. They both showered me with affection but my mother. Oh god what a horror show. Im caught between my fathers love and my mothers hatred. Basically the situation is i just got out of rehab and need a place to live until i get back on my feet. I completeted rehab, in a foreign language no less. My father wants me around and my mother doesnt. Its totally ludicrous. My brothers hate me because they think i had everthing easy. They know nothing about my life. my second oldest brother hates me because i have had good teeth all my life and never had to pay a dime. Because im healthy and never get sick. because im the smartest, and most talented. so they gotta make me out to be the bad guy. so they dont feel so bad about their own lives.

why should i pay for the insecurity of other people? yeah, ive had trouble with drugs and alcohol in the past, but im far more than that as a person. my father loves me and wants me around by my mother wont let me stay because my brothers exquisitely stupid wife thinks im a threat to her family, even though her two little girls (my nieces) love me. as if i would ever hurt them, not on my worst bender would i ever hurt those girls.

so basically this horrible woman has decreed that i am no longer able to be with my family. first she pushes my father outof the house he grew up in so she could increase her status and comfort, now shes spending money like its buring a hole in her pockets, just so thngs can be easier and she can sit back and watch the attention roll in.

she destroyed what my father worked for. She doesnt know the first thing about how to farm, or run a business and for some reason shes more or less calling the shots

well i say let her. lets see wat happens

theyre going bankrupt faster than a big rabbit gets f ucked.

God i hate that c unt.

Holy cow. Dang, that's toxic as ever. Yeah, that would do it. I can see now why you're dreaming nightmares, because you're living in one.

Best thing to do for your own health and sanity is hit the "eject" button and cut ties. I'm not saying cut ties forever, but cut ties for now. Move to a different part of the country. Can your father loan you some cash so you can find a new job and and a new apartment?

Starting a new life physically, geographically somewhere else and away from the toxicity is step one.

Building a new crew/tribe whose members you can hand pick will support you and have your back is step two.

Yes, lately i have been cutting toxic people out of my life.

I have moved to a different part of the country. I come from the country and im living in the city now, Montreal in Canada.

Money is no problem, ive got an inheritance from my grandfather.

I think what i need to do now is find a decent apartment, find a job i like. Start working out again, rediscover the hobbies i like. Women can wait for the moment. They are way down on my list of priorities. Of course if i meet one while in the process of rebuilding my life and i like her and trust her then maybe but im not going to chase tail right now.

Okay, good to hear you're out of there. Major step checked off right there.
Your plan moving forward looks pretty solid. And agree with that order too, apartment, job, working out, hobbies, and new friends. Friends can be found through the gym and re-exploration of both old and new hobbies. Women last for sure, especially the kind that lead with eros love; that has a risk of throwing others off their path of building and leading a constructive life. Those who lead with agape love on the other hand probably can be included with the friends group.

ive never had an actual women friend. at least not one that i didnt have sex with

like an attractive woman that i can just be friends with.

i would honestly love to, it would be great for social proof and helping me dress a little better. i mean i like my style and my style will always be me but id be willing to compromise here and there if it meant i would have a better quality of life

I once had a VERY realistic feeling dream about being in some death row type place and about to be executed. There was a very real feeling of being trapped and terrified in the dream. When I awoke in my own bed in the dark, I recall feeling joyful and a relief so strong that I actually smiled. I was not afraid of the dream as I immediately became aware it was nothing but brain activity.

I have had this happen on several occasions; awaking from bad dreams to realize that the terrible situation in the dream was not real. Like I was on the run for multiple murder or something.

On the flip side, I do not like the times when you dream about being on some cruise to paradise with beautiful females...to awake alone in your terrace house.
Cook the man some eggs!

Same here. Constant nightmares. I used to complain about it growing up, but I've learned to just expect and accept it. Not that it makes it any easier though. It's not like I know I'm dreaming when I'm having them. They fukking suck. Just woke this morning after having one about drowning and another about fighting with someone who get stabbing me with a knife. Brutal.
