government is the reason billionaires exist.

in a free market, competitors rise up and monopolies do not exist. only monopolies can exist as quasi-utilities, "too big to fail" and with government subsidies.

for instance, Amazon received 'utility' status when it was allowed free shipping with the postal service while competitors were not.

billionaires are the result of government-selected winners and losers. whoever is positioned in the area where government fires its money cannons at wins.

When the system is such that almost everyone ends a loser unless you're in the upper classes, of course the losers will want to change the system.

You do realize that in 2021 there is no difference between mainstream society and Reddit/Twitter? If you don't bow down and adapt to the rules Reddit/Twitter thinks appropriate for society then you will be cancelled and outcast in society.

You need everyone to contribute equally into the system or else it fails. Small countries with cultural homogeneity make it work because there's few free loaders.

If you tried the same thing in America it would collapse because we have a very selfish and lazy culture. Tons of people leech off the system as it is.

USA is already socialist. welfare, labor laws, medicaid, section 8 housing, bank bailouts etc. yeah we could dive further into socialism but its not going to work in tribal multicultural USA. whites and asians are already the only net positive taxpayers, it would just further disenfranchise those groups from paying into it

Yup there's a few countries that compare USSR and China's "socialism" with that of USA.

USA has an extremely generous welfare state compared to the former two. Even compared to the Scandinavian countries: people in USA get "food stamps" (EBT) whilst those in Scandinavia do not. And there are apparently people working full time getting EBT too. The only sections where USA is negligent is on tuition fees and healthcare.
