Florida passes new anti riot bill

Goat state doing goat things

PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’ anti-riot bill has faced fierce, heated criticism, but Friday it made its way one step closer to becoming law.

The legislation was approved by the Florida House of Representatives Friday with the final vote in Tallahassee was 76-39 in favor of what is known as HB 1. The vote fell along partisan lines with Republicans in support and Democrats opposed.

In September, DeSantis announced new legislation to stop violent assemblies and protect law enforcement. He first proposed it after the many Black Lives Matter protests across the country.

The legislation, HB 1, the “Combatting Violence, Disorder and Looting and Law Enforcement Protection Act,” creates new criminal offenses and increases penalties for those who target law enforcement and participate in violent or disorderly assemblies.

Florida is GOATING on all the blue states right now, but just because you name something X, doesn’t make it entirely good.
I havn’t read the bill, so I cannot comment, but every time the government creates new penalties with regards to freedom rights, it will likely cause criticism. Don’t get my wrong, I get your point about BLM riots & clown world, but everything isn’t black and white.
With how DeSantis have handled everything so far, it’s probably a great bill though.

I guess my first question would be, is this bill really needed? Surely there are already laws being broken by rioters in most instances. The main issue i thought was whether a state chooses to enforce those laws or not. Do we really need additional laws in the book instead of just prosecuting and enforcing the current laws?

The difference here is that Florida is going to enforce said laws.

With new protections for law enforcement and from what I’ve read, Civilians will be allowed to protect property and not just live.

TLDR: BLM degenerates probably won’t be eyeing up the footlockers in Florida.

LOL if you start shooting footlooters, you gheys are going to be in more of a chithole. Blacks and Natives will start getting guns delivered in crates from China and Russia. And then once the chit tier US military gits spread thin, thats when CHYNA strikes.

**** OP, you glitched it out
Entire NYPD should go on strike. You'll see then how quickly the mayor changes his tone.
