Yes it is! I only used two tablespoons for the pecans and soaked them overnight.

Just made this! My version of panang curry.

I used chicken breast in this one. I may use beef or chicken thighs next time.

Mine had no red garnishes just lime leaves and fresh basil

How was it?

Looks fancy AF! I'd definitely order that.

I made a very quick little salmon and spinach thing

Ina Garten's Applesauce Cake for company

And then Dan Dan Fettuccini for dinner. 10/10, will make this recipe again. I listened to the comments and doubled the sauce, highly recommend!

This is an awesome easy dessert that went over well for Mother's Day.

The proper name for such a dish, which simmers cream with sugar and lemon juice so it will set up thick like pudding in the fridge, is a lemon posset.

Friggin' yum, Stoli. I haven't had a butter basted steak in way too long

Sunday Chicken

I've been on a Top Chef watching streak (anyone else a fan?) and stumbled upon Adrienne from the Denver season's roast chicken. 10/10, will make again and again. I almost never bother with brining but after this I really do think it makes a difference.

Wife's been on keto for the past few weeks to lose nonexistent pandemic poundsso I decided to join for moral support, although it's awfully restrictive cutting has been a breeze.

Last meal before keto, testing out a new carbon steel wok. The wok is nice but it doesn't really make a difference without ample heat, might have to invest in a wok burner in the future.

first attempt at beef and broccoli

air fryer wings and homemade ranch, god bless costco and their bulk wing availability

had some jerk chicken thighs marinating overnight but it was storming pretty bad so I had to rely on the oven tonight instead

Tommy stop deleting your posts you weirdoTop Chef is the GOAT cooking/competition show!

@Mathew - That's some good looking keto food! Do you mind sharing your beef and broccoli recipe?

@Stoli - So, you going to make borsch again?I've got 5 already cooked beets in my fridge, gotta use them up today and not sure if I'm going to do borsch or some salads. Probably just dump some mayo and onion in like a good ruski

Yeah, probably not for a while now that it is getting properly hot and horrible outside. I might try making it a traditional food in the days before Xmas.
