Damn, looking good

what %bf would you say you are
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

No clue, north of 15-16%. Suffering from having more fat and less muscle than I think.

Though this year has been so strange for me. Hardly time to find a groove. Looking forward to having some consistency.

Nice to see this thread bumped. How is everyone doing? Almost done with the bulk, sitting at 241 now. Just 3 more weeks and it will be time for a slow cut.

Started show prep last year at 213ish if I remember. Ended up 201 when I weighed in the night before the show. Just trying to come this year with some size, its the only thing that stopped me from taking overall the last show.

Been slow fcking it, but down to 175 from 190ish, not nearly as much mass as most ITT. I'll post a pic once it's worth it, probably around 160 or so; AVI was 163 back in 2018.

in on this again.

started a cut like a month ago..ended up loving training too much and had access to a fukton of meat in the form of chicken, steak, porkchop, etc. so i may or may not have just accidentally recomped/bulked up. lost a bit of bodyfat% while gaining weight.

sitting at 175-176 lbs rn. May commit full on to getting diced for summer after seeing some of you guys ITT. or who knows, might commit to a slow year-long bulk and leave humanity at 200+ lbs 5'8

80kg as of this week. I've only been this heavy once before and I was a lot fatter at the time.

As I mentioned in your thread;

If you're holding more muscle at that weight, (your old weight) then it is progress.

Sup studs!

Grats on all the great progress going on up in here!

I turn 47 on Tuesday, doing my best to stay lean and maintain muscle.

Definitely not as easy as a decade ago, but I feel like I'm doing well overall. Strict on weighing out my food every day and tracking everything (even fish oil, fiber pills, etc)...hitting the gym 6 days a week and doing bike cardio 3-4 days a week.

Me the other day - can't believe I'll be 50 in 3 years.

Yes, it does get a bit more difficult to stay lean as we age.

Yeah, did not do so great myself, currently on dat der bulk; at 175ish, shooting for 200 and still semi lean at 5'5"; got fcked by some injuries this year, and a lot of OT sucking up my time. Hope next year will be the aesthetics once I have more mass.

I also had my share of injuries in the first half of the year and then some personal issues. Life can **** up your fitness goals pretty badly.
