I incorporate a refeed when my body indicates it needs one - I haven’t needed one in ages, unfortunately. Lol. (Monitoring blood sugars, watching the scale, the mirror, etc.) hard to explain but I can tell when my body will favorably use a refeed and I’ll look like a vascular freak after ... or when it’ll just cause me to feel like **** and be bloated lol. My blood sugars are meh due to prednisone, etc. so it would just be extra calories going to fat storage. Most over estimate how frequently they need one. If you are losing and it’ll help you keep you sanity than small ones might be good just for the mental aspect ... but physically speaking most don’t need them that frequently.

But honestly in my personal experience whenever i worry about food it just ****s me up more, i train so hard that extra food just pushes me harder in the gym and makes my muscles more full if anything. i look my best now and i don't count macros i just eat clean every 2-3 hrs then have cheats whenever i feel like it but it's mostly just on the weekends when i take the time off from gym since i don't like feeling like ass in the gym from cheat meals

It probably wouldn't effect him much since his baseline cals are so high. Dude looks like he could rock 250 and still be lean

Like fuark I just saw a picture of the rock on IG for his new Black Adam role and I think he’s the biggest and most lean he’s ever been.

So when i want to lose fat i just lower the meals, cut out the extra carbs like rice and oatmeal, and take out added fats

That's why i always suggest eating like a bodybuilder.. cause you can easily lose and gain 30lbs in a month if you want to without having to starve yourself. For me "dieting" is easy as fk since it's basically just me taking a break from all the food

Dropped about 10 lbs last ~2.5ish months, now at 245lb. Macros at 2400 200/200/80, should I change anything of just keep it the same. Goal weight is around 220-225.

I wouldn't change anything unless you want to either speed up weight loss, slow it down or if you stall out. If you're losing at the pace you want just keep going

Took this selfie this morning, flat af no water and low carb. Yes it’s filtered it was for snap lol

Best thing I have done that has given me insane results, high quality SLEEP

Sleeping 8 or so hours a day and really good quality. Keeping my room cool, earplugs in, and before bed I take a bit of melatonin, 5-htp, and l-theanine. As well as l theanine when I take my caffeine preworkout around 10-11am.

I feel I have lost more bf in the last 3 days than in the last 2-3 weeks. Strength is up and energy is up. Sleep is GOAT
