xbone tries so hard to keep up but ps5 is just the superior console, sells better, resells the best.

I cannot accept Sony as the goat until sucker punch or another studio can give every Ps5 owner a sly cooper game. $69.99 usd IMO.

Netflix brought content people wanted. MS has shown they are investing in future content but only time will tell if they deliver.

Not in the beginning. Netflix had mostly D list movies streaming and the AAA movies you had to have delivered to your house.

Long term Games Pass is the future of gaming. My projection is PS will be forced to follow suit which is a win-win for everyone.

That was my point. We don't know yet if MS will deliver like Netflix did. I have more faith in Spencer than previous leadership but MS has a history of acquiring studios and turning them to trash heaps.

Idk seems the opposite, this is Sony in a panic. They caught enough **** when MLB was free on game pass and ps owners had to pay full price. Xbox game pass is being praised left and right. I don't think Xbox is in a panic, I think they just have to get these new studios they bought to make a good game or two and they will put the nail in sony's coffin for this Gen. If both companies continue on the same course they are on, xbox is going to run away with the console war this Gen. Sony needs to change imo.

It's not RIP for anybody at this point. Sony will have a successful gen, and I think MS will too. And Nintendo too. And the interesting thing is, all of their strategies are different.

Game pass is growing very rapidly (I honestly think it's disruptive), investment in first party is growing, and despite what people say.... ms has made several well reviewed games the last couple years. And it's absolutely no longer accurate to say they are just the company of halo, gears, and forza. And yes, game pass does have a good amount of quality games.

Not everything needs to be some dumb "my favorite corporation vs yours" war.
