Curious about this too.

While you were a farmer was all you talked about farming? Met a chick that married 3 farmers and complained that's all they would talk about.

Matt Hughes worked on a farm before his UFC days. Do you think you are stronger then prime Hughes. People said he was the strongest dude they’ve ever faced. And he always thanked his farm days for that strength

when you move calves around.

in their old stall they would usually get a mixture of milk and water. in their new stall. they would only get cold water from the line like all the others. the bellowing from that was enough to drive a man insane

a surprisingling high percentage.

Not even joking.

a cow is a machine for turning foor and water into chit, piss and milk. piss is a non factor (tho no one likes to get pissed on) milk, or milking, takes about 1 1/2 hour morning and night 3 hours a day total. not including dry cows or cows with mastititis.

cow **** prooccupies your average farmer for about half his day. the management. the spreading of it. the storage, the distribution. and god help you if and chi distrivution system breaks down. youre up chp creak without a manure spreader

calves that were tied together in the barn when they were babies will often be seen in pasture together when there are adults. They have personalities. Holsteins (the black and white ones) are generally very calm and gentle

Except a male Holstein bull loose in the barn.

If you walk in at 6 to do the chores and see a bull loose in the barn...buckle up.
