I think I have low T what should I do next?

- no morning wood at all

- poor erection quality/not fully hard

- tired/depressed/emotional

- no libido

I take vitamin d, zinc, vitamin b and vitamin c

not sure why my T levels would be so low?

Gotta get a blood test to see what’s up. Can also be cals too low, fat too low, carbs too low, exercise too much, stress too much, sleep not enough and so on.
