I don't have half a million laying around for an international custody battle. I can't just go to New York family court and file a petition, I am dealing with people who are clearly politically connected.

Also, many guys kill themselves over custody battles, especially in the US. I don't want to become a statistic and I want my daughter to meet me again one day when she's older. I don't want to ruin my life battling this thing.
