It was a 2 day 200 dollar day agreement. He said he will finish it in 2 days, I said pay is 200 a day. They never responded to my reply last night so looks like I lost a friend but kept my money. Sheesh it’s rough out here boyos.

Did you need a building permit? If it collapses 6 months after you sell the house, who's responsible, you or the guy off the street you gave beer money to re-build it?

You obviously can’t read lol. The house will collapse before the porch does and guy A is insured. And how did I go the cheap route? By using people who I know?
