I still plan to have abs at that age. This young fenale coworker used to always feel my abs through my shirt lol and I'm 30. I want to maintain my aesthetics atleast until my 50s

Alright *******s since I’m not a Kent here is some photos of how it went down for me.

This is me when I said phuck this and i got back in the gym after being an ultimate bloatlord and eating like chit and not lifting. Roughly this past November. Fattest I have ever been.
