Yeah there are a few out there that work, but you have to get the topical form and apply it directly to the shaft. And it helps if you rub it in soft until it gets hard because it makes the blood flow really pull it into the tissue. My doc won’t send me home with it though, he makes me get it done in the office and insists on doing it himself. Bathmate will temporarily increase girth and length. Length is generally capped at a smallish amount but girth increases with regular use. It increases bloodflow for awhile after using and you'll look bigger flacid + get harder erections. People claim that it provides permanent gains but I think that's bullsh!t. It's really useful if you're having a sloot over and want to get a little extra edge + the confidence that comes with having a bigger thing flacid while you're foreplaying. Bathmate markets itself as being safer then a normal air based penis pump but the risks are generally the same. The only real safeguard bathmate has is that it's much harder to overdo but still possible.
