Looking at social media makes me feel like chit (srs) (not doing this anymore)

I just had a look at the fb page of the girl I’m seeing (had her on there for a while but only for messenger) and I had no idea she was so popular, countless people including guys liking and commenting on her chit.

Not doing this anymore. I’m not popular and I’m okay with that, but seeing this chit makes me feel inadequate. It’s the classic social media trap. Makes me feel garbage

No social media crew.

I only use LinkedIn for obvious reasons. Although I am tempted to create a ******** page because I would love to reconnect with former coworkers and old classmates, but I don't want to deal with all that drama.

I'm not on social media but that's just because I've got bored of it now, I liked snapchat and IG in the past but just outgrew it and got bored. Might return one day

OP enjoys it but feels inadequate, he wants to be on it but can't face his issues head on, and thus he's avoiding the source of the issue and deleting it nstead of improving himself. That's cope. Social media is fine in moderation
