Single moms in my age range are still a red flag to me.
I'm 25. So if she's a 23-27 single mom, there's a good chance she hasn't figured out her chit yet career-wise / financial-wise. There's a good chance she's still pursuing education. There's a good chance the dad is a young and healthy 25-30 and still in her life. There's a good chance the kid(s) is super young (below 4) and will need all of her attention/focus, and due to that as well she's probably specifically seeking a provider touse. If the kid's older, and the mom's in the age range I'm describing, she likely had a kid in high school, or during early college, which is still its own major red flag because it means a significant slow down in terms of her own education/career development.
