Why was there a guy naked...

Half starved to death with a black bag tied over his head laying in the street in a slum in the Philippines when I was there?

I walked by him and moved along pretty quick as it seemed plucked. Just shortly after there was a woman who looked like she had been abused or was high begging for money so I gave her a few pesos.

It was in Pasay district in the slum. I stopped for pizza shortly after at a delapadated shack and some guys gf was eying me hard. Though he was gonna get mad she was being such a sloot.

Pasay District Slum? You sure you aren't the one high and naked?


That isn't Manila's Slum but one of the wealthiest districts, lmao. Also full of fat Chinese manlets who work for eCasinos and don't pay taxes and hire prostitutes a lot.

Philippines used to be like the #1 or #2 in Asia.

The point of decline was when they built a whole nuclear reactor but never turned it on for one day. You need cheap electricity for manufacturing. Manufacturing wealth then flows over to other sectors.

So the economic gains you saw in places like Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan should had been shared with Philippines had they turned it on.


But hey I'm not complaining. A country with high English fluency that is pretty affordable and lets you stay for 3+ years and obesity is under 6%. Belize and Kenya doesn't hold a candle and never will.
