a good hard roll can be a good substitute

there’s a deli by me that makes insane breakfast wraps though which is a good alternate

egg benedict is legit

theres actually a really good breakfast place here on the weekends i can order online, pay online and get there 15-30 minutes later and skip all the plebs in line and pick it right up. they do everything, egg benedict, pancakes, all the breakfast meats ect

Bagels with cream cheese and slices of salmon is an awesome dish. Although it's still calorie dense, it still feels 'lighter' than the sausage and egg route.
