We had to put down our only fur bearing pet last week and it's crazy how much cleaner our house feels.
We are finally starting to be called back into the office. I'm going to miss my walking downstairs commute in sweat pants

We were supposed to start having re entry plans in place and slowly coming back in June.
Only problem, our current commander potato needs to keep the scare on so that’s been **** canned. Already murmurs we won’t be going back in this year again

I have 2 offices I work out of as well as a home setup, I quit working from home at all by August of last year.
We are an 'essential industry' so there has been no work from home rule, I find I am just more effective as well.
I need to get out of the rack, sh*t/shower, coffee up and get myself down the road in the morning, if I dont I never seem to rev up for work.

I was hoping that it was just the numbing shot they gave me taking a long time to wear off but today I've noticed there are a couple of numb spots on the top and side of my finger. Hopefully it comes back but I got super lucky that it isn't the bottom side that's numb since that is my trigger and strumming finger

The last few years seemed to be Corpus Christie
Looking now winter weather in Conway doesn't look too bad.
Edit: Jesus houses cost nothing there.

Little shack out in the woods lakefront for $85k? Is it haunted or something?

First you start seeing Moosehead and Kokanee in the local beer stores. Before long you start seeing perogi pizza at your local place, donair shops popping up.

One of the largest petrochem operations got their chit pushed in by ransomeware extortionists and had to pay $5 million. lmao...that's embarrassing and everyone should be seriously concerned by this. These companies make an incredible amount of money and could 100% have backup and network contingencies in place for this sort of thing. Pure laziness or even flat out incompetency. Totally unacceptable.

I talk chit about our IT group but they had us covered. We lost half a day of live-entry field data and email was wonky for a couple days, but we were back fully business functional inside 48 hrs. Attack happened on a Friday, there is a big part of the company who never noticed.

Our little company has back up, and a secondary mirrored server that is mirrored every 2 hours. Pretty sure we wouldn't be down long.
