If they do this my tour is over... im not about to start doing poverty push ups or build a chit home gym.
-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.

I would think no
But im not a lawyer.
Have gyms ever been able to request to see your vaccination records before as part of the membership process?

If 30 to 40 percent of the usa got the vaxx, the state average, then 60% did not. So a 6/10 chance of a positive test in the gym and shutting down.
Is it worth the risk?

If they do, this will be required for pretty much every major business. Small owner operated places probably won't. If this happens, my 2 chain gyms I keep membership with are canceled if they require it and I'll be doing my shopping and dining only at places that don't require it.

I'm assuming the people who prioritize health by going to the gym are also the people who are less likely to want to get vaccinated. So no, I don't see gyms doing this unless they want to close down shop.

Also, to answer your question Opie, I’m almost certain they can’t as long as it’s only approved for emergency use. But if it gets fully approved and some gyms require proof of vaccination, just go to a different gym.
Edit- just saw your location is Idaho so you’re definitely safe

I don't think they will, as long as they have the right safety measures to protect their customers and their staff as best as they can then I doubt any enforce such a strict rule

If they do ask them when their last HIV test was and what the results were... then when you get Bert stared tell he/she has no legal right to ask you about ANY medical history.

They would be unlike many of the hundreds of businesses in the state that had closed signs during regular business hours while doing a deep cleaning and keeping people home for a week to 14 days.
I saw this at a phone store, micro center( guy told us everybody out now!) a bakery, auto parts store, and a few others during the height of the pandemic once a positive test was known.

Its not against the law to ask for your consent then refuse you business based on your refusal. Vaccinated/not vaccinated is not a protected class

What I think needs to happen eventually is for people to file discrimination suits against companies who do not let them in strictly for that reason. The left has been doing this for years for every imaginable scenario, time to turn it around on them.
The simplest route would be to claim a religious exemption. Anyone who is Christian could easily make a claim that they believe this vaccination is the mark of the beast, because they are trying to stop you from buying or selling without having it.
Another plan of attack would be that it is a slippery slope, as what other medical information will places start requiring to do basic things in public. What is next, asking for a clean STD record?
