Carpal Tunnel and Tennis Elbow

Anyone have this? After the quarantine my hands are a bit numb and my elbow has some crazy pain now.

Anyone know how to fix this?

I have the same problem but only on the left side. Been to neurologists, neurosurgeons, x-rays, MRI's with dye injections etc. You need to get scans done to find out what's wrong with you. My case for example doesn't show any nerve compression in the cubital tunnel, but for some reason the nerve is inflamed. They told me to stop lifting for three months. You're fukt, son LOL.

Nah I'm just playing, you'll be alright. But you should probably change your training for a while and limit upper body movements at the very least. I don't think stopping training altogether is very productive and could actually make things worse. Get professional advice, get scans, research as much as possible on the internet and implement everything you learn. Youtube has a lot of information on exercises and treatment. But like I said, you need to find out exactly what's wrong.
