Short guy wasn't the instigator though.

Those 3 guys surrounded him and were gonna gang up on him. You can see the guy on the left looking around to make sure noone will interfere. And the fear in the little guy's eyes. It's clear he just wanted to leave.

This is in the netherlands. That dutch guy has nothing to do with the black guy, these subways are just filled to the brim. This foreigner is talking chit how he wants to fight.

Looks like he's a fare dodger and the police are waiting for him at the next station. never really seen a headbutt used in a fight tbh
good use i guess?

does that hurt the other guys head?
Does this only work if you're taller than them? or can I manlet jump and launch their forehead up someones nose?

You can see the balcel holds both his wrists so he can't block it. how would you defend yourself against that situation?
I think once you're in that position, the only way out is by headbuttting his jaw first. Or a knee in the groin.

Depends if you read the situation well. Someone locking up your wrists and that close to you = headbutt. Basically your only choice is to risk a pre-emptive movement. Since there is barely any room he would have to tuck his head down and get even closer and hope someone breaks it up.

I don't know all the details and if the other guys were the taller persons friends etc. But really your only choice is to get in closer and disable his ability to hit the front of your head. There is a trick if your strong enough to shake off double wrist control.

The risk is you can be put into a choke easily but I think most people would break that up and it's a better result than broken facial bones. He didn't have many options with his size.

Saw that coming a mile away. They use headbutts a lot in Europe because they grow up playing soccer and the headbutt is very powerful. The only way to avoid it is to move or to also headbutt back but that’s a bit reckless and probably won’t work. They call it “nutting.” It doesn’t hurt yourself ... a lot less than using your knuckles, if the right part of skull hits it’s actually the thickest strongest bone in body I think
