Boron citrate is arguably the best supplement for nattys srs

Just to give you an idea. When I took a mega dose of boron (efficacious limit)

About a month of supplementation I was getting random bonners while driving

Seemed to have more energy.

I also combined with DIM by the way of broccoli powder (acts as a aromatize inhibitor)


Also taking high quality zinc , a good mineral complex, and vitamin D

I've done bloodwork with DIM and its effects are zero on E2, SHBG, TT and FT.

The effects are as stated. Taking DIM did not change my E2, SHBG, TT or FT. It did nothing.

I read that 10mg of boron daily with breakfast can increase free test and reduce estrogen levels. Boron is cheap so it's worth a shot.
