Because of the missing out on tens of thousands thing.. I know if I were to pay attention for a few months I could make a few key trades and turn that 200 into 2000 quite easily. I have narrowly missed out on several occasions like that. For example I was holding thousands of tron coins at one time and sold it when it started going up, if I held onto it I would have 10k USD right now, srs

There are trading sites that allow you to cash out to USD if you're feeling ancy.. You can't get the physical dollars from the site, you would have to find a person who wants to buy in but I think that as long as these sites don't shut down your money is safe. Some of them have been around for 10 years, don't think they're going anywhere
