For bars and clubs, the managers know what kind of bouncers their establishment needs. The kind of security you hire for a college frat bar is different than for a heavy metal biker bar.
For entourage security, be generally known in the community with a few serious public ass beatings under your belt, a g code, no felonies and quiet on the draw. Also max out your blunt rolling skills so you serve dual purposes, semi srs.
