Been trying to get outside more cuz ive been fukd up all year health wise.
Started going for walks/hikes near me.



found a secret fireplace



some strange shed looking thing in the woods. Possibly homeless guys home.



a wider opening to the "River". More like a ravine but w.e



then later on in the day, hung out and played some basketball.
First time playing in almost 2 years but my form looked on point (srs)













Was surprised I was able to do so much with my health but turned out to be a good day

Been fukd up since january.. ive been scared for my life at times with some of the symptoms ive been getting.
Basically have multiple sclerosis symptoms or something.
weird burning pain mostly in my head but now moving through my arms and legs. My right foot and hand basically move or go rigid on their own sometimes.
had dizziness earlier in the year and scary brain fog and depersonalization, insomnia..
lately just dealing with weird forehead pain, burning and other parts of body.. no actual problem found yet besides high arsenic levels found in blood which have since forced me to change my entire diet and water sources just in case. They also retested it recently but waiting to see if it was a mistake reading cuz mine was twice the max limit.
doing a full vitamin and mineral panel tomorrow to see if I have any deficiencies I missed or something.
Just hope all will be good but nice to do normal stuff today

I'm impressed by guys my height or shorter that can somehow dunk on 10 foot rims.
I think they are probably like 40 pounds lighter than me, so that helps. but its also a lot of jumping technique that I havent mastered.
